1. The principle of oil spraying is different:

Nozzle type electrostatic oiling equipment uses air pressure to pump oil to the nozzle and then sprays the oil out, so even if there are some tiny impurities in the oil under the pressure of the pump and air, the nozzle will not be clogged. Even if there is slight clogging, the impurities can be blown out of the nozzle by directly increasing the air flow, thus ensuring the quality of oiling.

2. The recovery of remaining oil is different:

Knife beam type electrostatic oiling equipment needs to fill the entire knife beam oil cavity before it can be evenly sprayed from the tiny gaps in the knife beam, and this structure determines that the entire knife beam must be sprayed along its length as long as it works, so the knife beam structure of the oiler must have a return tank to recover the excess oil sprayed, and then the oil returned to the tank is filtered and played on the supply tank for recycling, so that the original clean oil in the supply tank More or less affected, nozzle type electrostatic oiling equipment can control the number of nozzles by solenoid valve, so that the width of the oil spray can be adjusted according to the actual width of the strip, which will not cause unnecessary oil waste. Therefore, this structure of the oiling machine has no oil return device, reducing oil consumption and the difficulty of regular cleaning and maintenance of the equipment.

3. Different heating methods:

Knife beam type electrostatic oiling equipment directly heats the oil in the entire tank in the supply and circulation tanks, heating consumes a lot of energy, and because the heater temperature is too high, it is easy to cause the oil to deteriorate and form flocs with the impurities in the oil, affecting the quality of the oil. This is one of the reasons why this oiler has to clean the tank regularly; and the nozzle type electrostatic oiling equipment is heated directly at the inlet pipe in front of the nozzle, which not only saves electricity but also ensures the quality of the oil.
