1. Before using the automatic oiling machine every day, attention must be paid to whether grounding protection is in place. The grounding wire plays an important protective role for equipment and personnel, and no grounding abnormalities or other phenomena should occur.

2、Before using, check whether the gas pipe is leaking oil, gas pipe is leaking oil, etc., and deal with the fault immediately after it is found, then turn on the power and run, and check whether there is leakage in the gas pipe and its connecting part regularly or periodically.

3、After each shift is stopped, make sure to scrub the oil attached on the wall of the inner cavity of the automatic oiling machine coating space and the oil attached on the cylinder and hose to prevent the hose from hardening, and at the same time clean all parts of the machinery and the working environment around it.

4、Weekly inspection --- The oil contamination and oil quantity inside the auxiliary motor and worm gear, add or replace the oil if necessary (usually the auxiliary oil needs to be replaced once every six months).
